Sam Cawthorn

Sam is the CEO of Empowering Enterprizes, a company designed to inspire, transform and engage audiences around the world. He has been featured in The NewYork Times and USA Today and is a thought leader and expert in resilience.

He is also an Industry Advisor and Youth Futurist and in October 2006 he was involved in a major car accident and DIED! Thankfully he was revived leaving him with an amputated right arm and a permanently disabled leg.

Sam is the 2009 YOUNG AUSTRALIAN OF THE YEAR for Tasmania and is a professional communicator. He has spoken to over 70,000 people on 4 continents, has many years experience in Job Services and has been an award-winning Job Search Trainer and Employment Consultant.

Sam is married, has 3 children and travels from Sydney Australia.

Russ Murphy

Russ Murphy is a strategist, activist and consultant.

His organization, Walkabout Consulting, engages people from diverse backgrounds to help uncover uniqueness, develop potential and harness talents. Russ is passionate about creativity, human potential and innovative communication.

While completing his BA Russell spent 5 years running programs in local high schools for young people, including work with at risk youth. He has also completed a Masters of Global Leadership at the Mosaic Leadership Centre in Los Angeles, is a qualified MBTI practitioner and Certified Strengths Coach.
